New Product returns:
11Tenths will accept returns for unused and unopened products that are received within 30 days from the date of purchase. All costs associated with return shipping are the responsibility of the customer. Special ordered items are NOT eligible for return.
All returned products must be new, unused and in the original packaging, including labeling, manuals, hardware, etc. A restocking fee may be applied to any returned items that are not regularly stocked.
It is the responsibility of the customers for checking all product specifications on our website before making a purchase.
If you have ordered a product with a fitment issue due to an error in our product description, please contact us and we will happily investigate it. You will be eligible for refund or exchange if the error was on our end. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any orders that are returned to us due to being non-deliverable or refused by the customer will be automatically charged a return handling fee and a restocking fee.
Certain products that can be serviced or rebuilt are eligible for a refund by the manufacturer – these parts are called “cores”. This allows the customer to return the used/broken part for a monetary refund. New parts that are eligible for this core program (starters, alternators, driveshafts, brake calipers, steering racks, pumps, etc.) include a “core charge”. Once the core is received by us, we will provide a refund for the core charge.
The following must be followed when returning the core:
• Cores must be returned in the original packaging (the box the new part came in).
• The core must be the same exact part as the new part you received.
• No refund will be provided if the core comes back without the manufacturers box.
