Shipping & Warranty

11Tenths ships out products that are in stock within 3 business days of the order being placed. Partial orders will not be shipped unless it is requested by the customer to which additional shipping charges will be incurred to complete the full order. If you require your order by a specific date, contact us prior to making the order and we will guide you accordingly. The expected shipping dates are given based on the estimates provided by the supplier. Shipping of products will be done on business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All products purchased from 11Tenths comes with a one (1) year warranty against manufacturer defects unless specified otherwise. Warranty will be void if the product has been modified, abused or used in a manner other than designed for by the manufacturer. 11Tenths will only replace a product after our team has completed a thorough inspection and confirmed that the product is eligible for warranty replacement.
11Tenths excludes the following “wear & tear” products from the warranty stated above:
• Brake components (pads, shoes, rotors, etc.)
• Clutch Components (flywheels, disc, pressure plate, etc.)
• Electrical Components (sensors, switches, bulbs, relays, modules, etc.)

The products must be returned in the original packaging it was received in.

Warranties are non-transferable and will only be applicable to the original purchaser. Refunds are not provided for any warranty transaction. In some cases, the defective product may be sent back to manufacturer for further inspection before it is deemed eligible for warranty replacement. However, some products may not be applicable for warranty and the claim may be denied. 11Tenths does not guarantee that all warrantied products will be replaced unless our investigation is complete. Items that are not eligible for a warranty claim may be returned to you. The customer is responsible for shipping charges that they are non-refundable.
